How I use Minecraft for Exercises

Minecraft is an incredible game with endless possibilities, which is why so many love it! Knowing just a bit about the characters and items can go a long way in connecting with kids during exercises or in sessions.


👟 Collectibles: Items like diamond boots, helmets, swords, and enchanted apples are great to collect during obstacle courses.

🎯 Simple Targets: Monsters like witches, zombies, and creepers are perfect for throwing or kicking games.

🐉 Hard Targets: Bosses like the Ender Dragon, Warden, and Wither are great for sustained challenges like throwing from high kneeling, half kneeling, or single-leg balancing.

Most importantly—have fun and get creative! The kids will be amazed at how much you now know about Minecraft! 😄
