How long does shipping take?
Once your order is carefully picked and packed (typically within 1-2 days), it sets off from ERGOGAMI HQ to your doorstep. Here’s what you can expect:
- Free Tracked Shipping is available on all orders over $399, with an estimated delivery time of 2-8 business days.
- Express Shipping is offered for all regions within Australia, with a quicker delivery window of 1-4 days.
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Please note that Australia Post’s delivery driver may leave your package in a secure location or take it to the nearest post office if you are not at home. We do not accept PO boxes.
Please note: Although Australia Post quote us these expected delivery times, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
What is Pre-order?
Pre-ordering lets our customers secure their Ergogami Products and guarantee they'll receive it as soon as it's available.
We have a confirmed arrival date for our stock, which you can find listed below the product name.
All orders will be shipped out to customers on that designated date.
How do I track my order?
Hooray!– your order is on its way! Once we hand it over to Australia Post, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email featuring a ‘Track Order’ button. This will direct you straight to the Australia Post site, where you can follow live tracking updates!
Haven’t seen your shipping confirmation email yet? Your order might be on pre-order, as indicated on the website at the time of purchase. Make sure to check your original order confirmation; you won’t receive a shipping confirmation email until the pre-order date arrives.
What carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted carriers like AusPost and StarTrack for our deliveries within Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
However, we are working on all the logistics behind the scenes and hope to ship to more countries soon!
Can I return my Ergogami product?
Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any product within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind.
What is your returns policy?
If you decide to return your item, we’re happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original, unused condition and includes all packaging. This helps us maintain quality and ensures that we can donate any returned products to those in need.

How do I start the return process?
To initiate your return, simply email us at support@ergogami.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Are shipping fees covered for returns?
Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the customer unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case we will be responsible for any shipping costs and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.
What if I don't have the original packaging?
We recommend keeping the original box and packaging materials for returns.
If you don't have the original shipping box, you can use a similar size box but, please make sure to contact us before you send the item back.
Make sure the packaging is appropriate to avoid damages during transport.
Do your items require assembly?
Our current MAIA chair comes flat packed and requires minimal assembly. This design choice allows for easy transport and convenience right out of the box.
Where can I get the assembly and user guide?
Each product will come with a hardcopy manual in the box which will specify how to assemble and use the product.
We are currently preparing a detailed guide and a video on how to install and use the product.
What maintenance is required for the MAIA Ergonomic Chair?
Prohibit Corrosive Cleaning Agents: Avoid using overly corrosive cleaning agents such as bathroom cleaners, oven cleaners, metal cleaners, bleach, or similar products.
Cleaning Surfaces: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the legs of tables and chairs, avoiding any cleaning agents.
Stain Removal: For minor stains on the tabletop and seating, you can use an eraser or spray a small amount of cleaner and wipe it off. If the stain is not removed immediately, cover it with a cloth soaked in cleaner for 30 seconds before wiping. Alternatively, a drop of essential oil can be used on the surface for cleaning. Regular maintenance can be done with a soft, dry cloth.
Sunlight Exposure: Avoid placing the product in direct sunlight or areas with prolonged light exposure to prevent fading or material degradation.
Indoor Use Only: This product is intended for indoor use; do not place it outdoors or in high-temperature and humid environments.
Prevent Scratches: Avoid using sharp, hard objects on the tabletop and seating to prevent scratches. Damage resulting from such actions will not be covered under after-sales service.
Screw Tightness: Ensure all screws and components are securely tightened before use. Check the tightness of screws and components at least every three months.
What payment methods do you accept?
Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We use Shopify Payments, a highly secure and encrypted system designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable. We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

Do you offer payment plans?
Not at the moment but we are working on it!
For our Australian customers, we will offer Afterpay payment plans. If payday feels a bit too far away, you can choose between Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4, both of which allow you to spread your payments over time.
Please note: You will need to create an account with either Afterpay or PayPal, as they are separate companies from us.
What if I forgot to apply my discount code during checkout?
If you made your purchase but realised you forgot to apply your discount code while the payment was processing, don’t worry! Just email us at info@ergogami.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in correcting this.
Please remember: Only one discount code can be used per order. For multiple bundles or discounts, we suggest placing separate orders. Check email offers for which items the code applies to.
