We believe in finding the perfect fit, so we offer a 1-week free trial for our chairs, with no obligation to purchase. Here’s how it works:

• Standard Trial Chairs: Our most popular Maia Chairs are available in standard configurations for trial. If approved, the trial chair can stay with you for convenience.

Eligibility
We currently do not provide trials for individual clients. However, if you are a business (e.g., private clinic, rehab provider, or private/public school), you are eligible for our free trial program.

Delivery Details

• Local Trials (Brisbane Metro Areas): Trials within the Brisbane Metro area are completely free, with no delivery charges for unsuccessful trials. If you decide to purchase, standard delivery fees will apply.
• Outside Metro Areas: Trials in regional areas or interstate are available via courier. The chair trial remains free, but courier fees for delivery and return may apply if the trial is unsuccessful. We’re happy to provide estimated courier costs upfront on request.
